I am a Lecturer in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.
My primary research interests lie at the intersection of international security and technology. My current research focuses on the causes and consequences of great power competition over critical communications infrastructure, specifically undersea cables.
I hold a PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. I was previously a Predoctoral Fellow in the US-Asia Grand Strategy Program at the University of Southern California.
